Sign
All steel construction, with three layers of design.
The bright midday sun unfortunately made for poor pictures!
Letters were cut out by hand with a plasma cutter at our shop
Custom Garden Railing
We did this awhile ago to match some stuff we had done previously. A great free flowing, two sided railing, surrounding the garden in the middle.
Made of solid 1" round bar, with hand forged leaves. Clear coat and anchored into the concrete with tap-cons.

Work continues...
We're just not as good about the final step: uploading pictures onto the internet! Here are a couple more projects from the last several months.
Bi-Folding Steel Doors
Large, bi-folding, double doors welded to existing 8'x8' posts. This pair of doors are 9' tall.
Clint as a size comparison
From the inside. Eventually the owner wants to put in wooden french doors on the inside for everyday use.
Simple locking system. Broom stick used as an example!
Pan Deck
We did the entire deck, posts, and beams down at a house remodel on Lake Tulloch last spring before our Europe trip.

Updates!
So we've been lucky enough to be able to do some traveling during this past summer. And with all good things, it has ended, and we are busy again back at the shop. Here are a couple of projects that we have finished in the past year (more to come) but never got around to posting them onto the blog.
Basement Doors
We built the entire steel frame along with the door pulls. The door hinges are attached to angle iron running up either side of the entry way. Even with the doors spanning a 9' opening, a person can ride on the doors as they swing open with no problems.
Dead leg attached to the inside of the left door
One piece construction out of solid 1" round bar. Tapered down with out Little Giant Power Hammer
