This sign was actually installed before the Bradford st. sign, but I had forgotten to put these pictures up. So here they are not.

The entire design is actually plasma cut out by hand, with just the words "physical therapy" made in vinyl. Vinyl was cut out by Amos Graphics.

The door, hinges, latch, and door pullThe hinges are hand pounded 1/2" solid bar. The top and bottom hinges are 6 feet long.

Barn Door Pulls and Slide Lock

1" solid square, twisted to match.

The pulls were then riveted and then welded to the 1/2" base plates. Square head bolts secured everything to the door itself.

The middle was shaped into 8 sides, with the ends remaining with 4, then twisted.

Super busy with work, broken camera and a lack of free time on the computer has attributed to the lack of updates here. The top of the table is hand hammered copper (not real visible from the pictures), first polished, then with two different temperature torches, "painted" with the heat these colors. Finally we set in 1/2" of glass for protection.

The two sides of this arbor are completley held together with handmade rivets. Both ends were machined down and then hammered over once fitted through each side. Beer cans were there before installation!
